I recently visited the Sainsbury’s petrol station and was pleasantly surprised by how well organised, clean, and spacious it was compared to many other forecourts I’ve been to. Every single time I come to this petrol station hoping to use the car wash, it’s closed. No sign, no explanation, just a single orange cone dumped in front of the entrance like that’s supposed to be enough. It’s been happening for months now, way too regularly to be bad luck or a one-off repair. Sort it out Sainsbury’s.
Good service as usual, the kiosk has a good assortment of snacks, drinks, chocolate and some useful motoring items.
Threw £5 in due to the pump being temperamental. Went in paid told the guy the pump was playing up didn’t seem to care. Came back out and my petrol hasn’t moved which is unusual. Moved my car on the court to take way. Went back in and told the guy who served me. Yet again didn’t care told me I had put £5 in the car and that because I haven’t moved the car will be why the petrol hasn’t gone up. Told him I had moved it. So then he told me there must of been an airlock when I put the pump in and that’s why it was playing up. I replied that I removed it a few times to make sure it was in correct. To which then he had no reply. So now I’m down £5 which isn’t the end of the world but also now on less petrol. Don’t bother going here. There just rude and treat you like an idiot. Clearly the old guy is just topping up his pension and has no people skills
Came to ask politely if they know where is Jet Park carpark nearby, as there were no signs around. I had a family with me and a car full of luggage late for a flight. They interrupted me in the middle of the question, called me a scammer, refysed to talk to me and said they don't deal with people like me.nThat was ridiculously rude.
