It's hard to find words how professional, courteos, kind and dilligent I was attended to by the amazing Nurse Sue at the MIIU. After being turned down from other hospitals in the area and not being able to get appointments at the local surgery as a temporary resident, she was the only one who offered me the adequate and crucial post surgical treament I needed. Her calming demeanor put me at ease and she really went above and beyond to make sure I'll be taken care off for the rest of my stay in Tewkesbury. I'll always be grateful, good people deserve recognition!
What a lovely hospital this is! I had my first visit for an appointment for my auntie in Elmbury Suite and all the staff we so friendly, helpful and very supportive of my aunties needs! Well done to you all you should all be proud of yourselves
Had to visit yesterday after scalding my foot.. Called the MIIU and was called straight back and made an appointment.. Arrived and was seen really quickly.. My scald was cleaned and dressed and I was given the information I required on how to take care of it going forward! Very happy! Lovely little hospital and staff!
Was referred here as follow up from Easter Sunday when an ambulance was called out to me, even though it was Easter Monday, I was given an appointment & on arrival was helped by a lovley nurse, then about 5 mins later was seen by a lovley Doctor called Giles, he was so helpful & knowledgeable about my condition, he explained everything to me and I'm so glad that I seen him he had time to help me. All the other staff were helpful happy and polite. 10 out of 10 to you all you do a brilliant job, thank you all again.nSally Robbins
Just seen a very nice Welsh gentlemen who was very thorough diagnosing my issue.Nothing too much trouble. Excellent service as ever
