I’d like to extend a huge thanks to Muhammet at this dealership, who was on hand today during my impromptu visit before a three hour commute home as I noticed it was en routennMy new company scheme via lease is EV only and I nipped here hoping someone could answer a few questions I had about the model 3 as not a lot of information was available about the model on the lease company websitennMuhammet was more than happy to talk me through the model I was interested in and answered all my questions, even set me up for a test drive there and thennnSafe to say after a short drive I was sold on the Tesla, great bit of kit and perfect for my requirements. The customer service is absoultely rubbish. more than 10 minutes gone no one replying you back after how may I help you. I want to pay for a car the one I bought and they are taking that long. At least Tesla, Msuk must be worried about his service I asurprise how has become the richest person.
We are having a really good time on test drive and the staff have shared many insight to us. We ended up really get a Tesla ourselves this week! The Reddit rumour is so true - once you test drive your will be next Tesla customer.
The gift that just keeps on giving. Service issues include:nnKey replacement that subsequently disabled the spare.nOnce, they disabled the courtesy car in error whilst on loan.nTesla laptop left in car for collection.nOnly offering waiting appointments for a job that takes 4 days.nTrim left off for collectionnInability to identify and fix the same issue in 4 yearsnCar left in service mode so couldn't be collected after hours as promised.nReceptionist who went to find out something then never came back. Was considering calling the missing persons line.nnUse Gatwick instead......
