Had a great Customer Service experience from your staff member Harry.nnFrom the day I walked into Dartford Branch Harry's been giving his time and evergy helped me chosed the right car. He has excellent communication skills and been very responsive kept me updated thoughout the whole process.nnHarry is very knowledgeable and takes his time to understand customer's needs gives them the right advice. He goes above and beyond and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase.nnI am glad that i had the honour to be served by Harry and yes I definitely left the branch with a BIG SMILE on my face. We were fortunate enough to meet a wonderful salesman called Harry after an initial conversation we test drove a few vehicles that we liked. Harry was professional from start to finish and even kept me informed about the whole prepping process. After putting a deposit down on the car we decided to have a look at the sister branch at brooklands as they had another car we liked.nnWe decided to proceed with that one as it was more appealing to my wife. I willnBe dealing with Harry again as he was not the typical pushy salesman and was truly a gentlemen.nnThank me again for the patience it is a great showroom and a good place to test drove some cars around the estate and localnRoads.

We had an awesome service with our salesman, Harry. He was friendly, engaging, and so lovely to work with. He looked after us very well, understood our concerns, helped us to find a suitable car, and sure enough we now have a brilliant car that we love. This is our second purchase from him - we first bought an EQA and now we bought an EQE, and we have to say that the process of searching for and buying the car ran smoothly due to him. The car was cloaked and was essentially “gift-wrapped” in a sense. He has put so much time and effort into us, and we are thankful for it. We would definitely recommend Harry - he’s kind, understanding, patient and simply brilliant.
