We recently had the pleasure of dealing with David Dale at Nissan Dartford to acquire a new Nissan Ariya and we could not be more impressed with the experience! David went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly reliable, professional and dedicated, in fact, he stayed an hour and a half after the dealership had closed to accommodate us when we were delayed in traffic, ensuring we did not feel rushed and could finalise the transfer.nnDavid kept to his word at every step, providing clear information, forthright answers and exceptional support. I had a great experience at Marshall Nissan Dartford. I was just in for an MOT and a couple of small things; I don't visit them often, was not spending much, and don't have an expensive car, but I really felt like they treated me like a valued customer. I mostly interacted with Steve, but all the team were friendly, did not try any pushy upselling, and they did a great job at a good price, in the time they said it would take. If anything does go wrong with my car, these are the guys I would trust to fix it.
My experience at Marshall Nissan was incredibly smooth and speedy which is exactly what we needed. We were helped by Shahed who was very efficient in his communication and really listened to our brief without trying to upsell.
It's extremely disappointing as this is the first time we've visited this dealership and we're very very local. Walked in and waited by reception desk for a few minutes were spotted by people but completely ignored. A piece of paper stated that the station isn't manned and to go in further for assistance so we followed instructions just to be ignored for a further 5 minutes. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt since everyone looked so busy sitting at their desks staring into the abyss. After browsing around for a further 10/15 minutes by ourselves existence STILL yet to be acknowledged we thought it was enough time wasted. We were going to enquire about a larger car as the children are growing and get a valuation on our current car etc...imagine how long that would take if we couldn't even get a 'hi' from anyone after 20+mins? We're normally servicing our car right next door at Mercedes and have never been treated with any level of disrespect...what a shame.
I am very happy with the friendly and reliable service I received from Marshall Nissan Dartford when purchasing my Nissan Qashqai. Adrian was very professional and helpful throughout the process.
