This is one of the worst stores ever. They keep re arranging the items so you end up really frustrated and can’t find what you’re looking for. The manager needs to realise this is not how a store is run . People come in to find what they want and want to leave ASAP, they really don’t want to spend hours looking for things. If you are reading this please take note!
No loud music. Well stocked. Get a Tesco loyalty card for the best bargains. Large car park. Pettol sales at good prices. A largely stressless experience.
Try and call to ask a general question which isn't on the Q&A etc - it's impossible. Why don't they have a general question at the end of the multiple options?
I tried to return a small item of childrens clothing here yesterday. Originally bought at the Bangor store. I was told that it was not possible as a clothing line is not stocked there. I checked their policy online should have done this first and Tesco’s policy is that clothing returns should be accepted at any store, excluding Tesco Express. I was also informed by the assistant that all clothing returned is ‘thrown away anyway’. Needless to say no more childrens clothes shopping at Tesco for me.
Got what I wanted at club card price was satisfied
Supermarket had a good selection of ingredients to meet what we were after. Service team is super friendly and helpful!!

Excellent customer service everytime, alot of different choices in food too.
Received a £70 parking fine for parking and charging my electric car for 3:34 at the pod point chargers. That was not even a full charge and works out at me being charged £1.50 per mile. I'll never shop at any Tesco again.
