We went to the cafe at the Llandudno store today, we were told after we had paid for our meals that the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes, if we had know this we wouldn't have bothered. Othere people had been waiting longer for their food aswell, there was no clean cutlery, when we asked for some they said they must be in the dish washer. No attempt to bring any out, my granddaughter was eating her beans with thw wooden stirrer. The lady that was cooking didn't seem to know what she was doing, it was a complete shambles. The only reason there's a 1 star is I couldn't post this review without a star rating.
Excellent staff always helpful in finding products and cheerful on the tills. Keep more tills manned. Good range of stock. Advise everyone get the rewards app it's a great benefit. I just bought an air fryer from my cashpot.
The store is very good the big let down is your restaurant it was empty with a few customers. Now I know why after having a bacon bap and coffee. It would only take a little to be so much better. The staff are nice enough I put this down to bad management locally and on a corporate level. Such a shame. Just like to add on my way out I called onto your optical department and the two young ladies were so good and helpful and a credit to your organisation
Awful customer service, not for the first time but certainly the last time. Order placed at 12.30, express delivery paid at extra £8.95. Slot was between 4-5 and informed later delivery would be at 4.40. At around 5.15 this time changed to 6pm and at 5.59pm the order was cancelled. Spent nearly £200 for a family shop, my car is in the garage so we have no way of getting to the shop. Will now have to start all over again doing another online shop but it will certainly not be with this or any other Asda.
I always arrived at 7am. The staff look like they have pulled a 12 hour shift already. They ALL look gloomy, miserable, down, low etc no chirpy upbeat, smiles, beat to their step. Never known an Asda like this. On the self check outs, can't see her name, but female, short in height, is very selective in who she speaks to, must be her friends!nnThe shop itself, is clean, organised, shelves always full. Good selection of clothes and home stuff. I like the shop, layout and products, which is why I shop here.
