2 accounts of poor customer service was shown today by Asda-Llandudno. The major one was i was looking for the machine or desk where you can get your keys cut. I asked a member of staff who was to busy stood by the doors with the security guy Talking about thing's nothing to do with work. I stood and waited for them to finish the conversation as not to be rude. He turned around looked at me. I politely asked if They still do the key cutting machine...he replied "NO" in a pissed off tone of voice turned round and carried on speaking to the other employee.... I'm now shopping else where if you can't even ask an employee a simple customer related question what's the point in working in the public sector where customer service should be a Must!

Great store, spacious, lots of choice, good value, choice of till types. So spacious and airy it provides a really relaxing environment, your blood pressure goes down when you're strolling around! Super "no rush" atmosphere particularly at off peak times. Huge car park, disabled parking close to store. Toilet facilities including disabled. Also cafe, chemist, wet fish, rotissier chicken etc etc. Highly recommended.

Great store but can get overly busy. Very helpful staff. Offers a wide range of choices in all areas. This afternoon was very busy, but we were checked out with our goods in a very prompt manner. Some prices seem higher than rival stores however you are paying for a lot more choices. Will visit again very soon.xxx
