Got back from holiday with my young little sheltie, Kai, yesterday.  He's a very shy dog and nervous around people and places he's unfamiliar with.  I was traveling alone except for him, which created problems when related to shopping.  Obviously I know I can't take Kai into food outlets.  So I asked for an assistant each time to hold him just outside the door while I went inside very quickly to buy him and myself some food.  The staff were only too willing to help and we were attended to really promptly.  Although my request is outside the norm, so to speak, of what I expect the usual duties these lovely staff members to be as part of their usual routine, the smiles and the friendliness of each one of them was a delight and added so much to our holiday experience.  One of the staff at the hotel we were staying at around the corner from this store made a comment.  She said "a little kindness goes a long way."  Well it does, especially so, it seems, in such a beautiful place as Llandudno and Sainsbury's where I will be shopping in April when I take my little dog on holiday again, confident we will be treated with the same kindness we found there this week.  Thank you for adding so much to our holiday!  Shirley and Kai.

Small but useful sainsburys. Handy location but wish it was bigger. Nice enough staff.
