There is one member of staff who continues to spoil our shopping experience at this store. I have previously complained about her after she refused to split my pizza toppings on to two halfs of a pizza to create a pizza for two people. On another, whilst she was on the butcher section, she refused to cut a certain size of beef for my wife as she said it would have left a small amount over which she would not be able to sell! I complained about this annoying person again. I've now informed the store that if this person continues to upset me, we will be forced to stop using this store all together. If i was the manager and knew about this member of staff who was upsetting customers in this way, they would be out on their ear in a flash! All other staff have always been nice and friendly.

One of the uptight managers had obnoxious attitute towards my wifes parents who visited us from abroad. They were waiting in a queue when another register got open...manager started shouting at them to move to another checkout but their products were already out on a tape. When I arrived man still was abrupt until I told him that I will make a complaint in writing + get a lawsuit on his ar*e cause he streased my parents in law for no reason.... One would think that they are there for us....

A very nice visit. From the US and Tesco is a welcome experience. This one was particularly clean and the staff was patient.
