The store was quite clean and I was shocked that tesco have actually made this. For me, It was a complete waste of tesco's money. The staff are nice and friendly and the store is clean but the aisle's are like garden racks.nnNot very good tesco.nThe public has spoken
Shopped there with my 10 year old daughter yesterday. Toilets are signed male female with pictures but they need to have the words MALE or FEMALE on there. I was in a cubicle in the ladies toilets and my daughter next to me was in one. When I came out a man was drying his hands, my daughter was washing her hands at the sink. Before I could ask him anything he walked out. My daughter was upset as not expecting to see a man there. I spoke to a member of staff and they it does happen because the picture on the door is confusing. It's disgusting as I felt unsafe and so did my child.

Tesco is very convenient as its central to Rawtenstall and all the other shops. It has a large carpark and Fuel Station.nThe Shop isn't giant but big enough and stocks a large range of produce as well as cards stationary and kitchenalia with a spattering of clothing.nThey have the advantage of a Costa if you fancy good coffee and cakes. They also boast a Timpsons shoe repair and key cutting. They also have a Pharmacy if you require medicine or prescription services.
Nipped in on my way to the gym for some water and a snack and I had some shopping from b&m in a reusable bag with me, was quite aware of what was happening and was followed to the checkout despite having shopped there regularly, the security guard watched me pay and then asked if I’d paid for the other items in my bag, even though he’d watched me enter the store with these items and only let off after I’d showed him the receipt, awful and completely embarrassing experience and I will not be shopping there again, despite having previously called there most days for things on my way home from work. No email for a formal complaint, wish I could rate them lower.
