Car park is the Park and ride of rawtenstall I regularly cannot park in Lidl supermarket car park. I park at the Bus station and walk to this shop. When I get there its got 20 customers and a full car park Lidl sort this out your loosing business because customers can not park due to workers parking and getting the bus to Manchester.
One of the better stores. Doesn’t appear to be understaffed like the rest, shelves always stocked up & always 2 tills available at a time.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Always go out their way to help customers.
Used this place for 8 years gone down hill, only ever 1 person on the till ,I went today the guy took 10 minutes to serve 3 people in front of me when it was my turn my phone wasn't working to pay so my son who is 18 said i will pay dad and because I had 1 bottle of beer the guy said has he got any id Which he didn't have on him so left my shopping on the till well done Lidl you've lost 2 customers now
Great store but no loo? Definitely a must have.
