If you enter and you realise you need a basket but you've already grabbed a few items you can't go back and take one because it's placed at the entrance the way you can't take it after entering. At the checkout a woman needed help and so she and the worker helping her stood right behind me watching while I was checking out and started doing their thing on the machine before I could even collect my items.
Really great staff! I unfortunately broke down in the Tesco car park the other evening and a lovely employee Abdul, helped me to jump start my car. Brilliant customer service, all staff I have met during my shopping visits have been very friendly and helpful. Thank you Abdul, I really appreciated your help!
Been using this store for years and years - In a crisis, I needed voltarol and on-line it showed voltarol gel was in stock - it wasn’t. kirin was very helpful and said it should be in stock but it wasn’t. His excuse was it would be, but in a delivery in 4 hours time.nnI asked Will on the customer service desk if he could check if stokenchurch actually had it in stock as it was showing, and it was a 24 mile drive. He explained that it was a different store. I explained that he worked for Tesco, he was the help desk, he should therefore help.nnI gave my name and email address in as a formal complaint - they wrote it down with no reason or logic - that will be useful won’t it.nnAll in all, Tesco you have clutched defeat from the jaws of success.
This is a small Tesco's with only 12 or so isles. If you are looking for something unusual then you're better off going somewhere else, I'd hardly call it a superstore.
Followed round by the security guard for my whole shop with my husband and children. Not sure why, never has happened to me before. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Even decided to stand right by me when paying for my shop. There's doing your job and there's making people feel uncomfortable. He didn't even do it covertly, my husband was equally confused.
