I don’t normally review big conglomerates like this but it’s the guys on the shop floor that make a real difference. Emily strawberry red hair at the Bury, Woodfeild branch on breads today is lovely! Being in customer service for 30+ years I could not fault her service and dedication. She was approachable, pleasant and in today’s young society of social media brain-rot, she was multi-tasking handling multiple customer enquires whilst managing everyone’s expectations. Today’s youth can learn a lot from her attitude towards customers and the workplace. Well done Emily and keep up the good work! To management: Please relay this back to her. Thanks.
Been a regular customer with TESCO Bury, for many years. Always well stocked & get most things I have on my shopping list. The store is well laid out with plenty of space in the aisles. Friendly checkout staff. Thank you.
Get the opening hours of your store right.nBig illuminated sign, says closing at midnight.nExcept you shut at 10pm.
Store says 6am-midnight Monday-Saturday. Running very low on baby formula we have anti reflux which we have to go to major store not a local. Store was closed at 10:30 on a Wednesday! Didn't want to go during day time hours because it is a market day and peel road is a nightmare.
I've Been using Tesco Bury as my weekly shopping destination for a while now, I recently stumbled upon the fact I'm Lactose Intolerant, finding Dairy free products can sometimes be a challenge as well as adjusting to the change.nnWhilst looking for lactose free cream cheese I asked a member of staff ,who I can only assume is the Chilled Section Manager, whether they sold specific products. He informed me he didn't, but instead of leaving it he instructed me to give him a few weeks and he'll get it on a shelf for me and he actually did! You hear a lot about the negative stuff with superstores and not a whole lot about the good, so to that gentleman. Thank You
