I had a very frustrating experience at this parking location in Bury. The signage is confusing and inconsistent: some signs say parking is free for up to 45 minutes, while others require payment via the app. I parked for only 25 minutes and still received a £25 charge, which I find completely unjust. Moreover, when I contacted their support to resolve the issue, they ignored my messages and refused to help. Overall, the lack of clarity and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it.
Very busy car park. There are a lot of parking spaces, to many to count, but it is always nearly full. There are also numerous, maybe 20-30, disabled parking spaces, but it is impossible to get a place in one, it's that busy. The parking fees are reasonable compared to some places, but, I'd like to have the takings for a day or two, haha! It is a pay and display, and the price was about £1.80 for an hour and a half, from memory that is.
Absolutely brilliant, huge area full of every stall and his mate. Great parking, food, and the meat market was amazing.
Lots of spaces available and as long as you have the app on your phone, it is quite easy to pay.
Machine is in a stupid place, where you exit/enter on foot to the market, but nowhere near the centre of the car park. So depending where you park, it’s a long walk to / from and back towards the machine again.nHave more machines.nOtherwise, very convenient for bury market clue is in the name
