Would like to know where your so called fresh produce comes from? As judging by the state of the peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms yesterday, it looked as though they had been retrieved from the skip the night before. Is it actually legal to sell food in such bad condition?

Not a bad store, but noticed quite some time back that as soon as you walk through the door the place smells like a thousand dead fannies. Now every time I go, it clearly smells and tonight I had confirmation it wasn’t just me and my other half copping whiff of it as I head a couple of old ladies talking and the one said to her friend “this place smells really bad, it always stinks”. Apart from smelling like decaying minge my only other qualm is how some products that should be in close proximity to each other like Birthday Cakes and Candles are opposite ends of the stores. Other than that it gets a 3 out of 5, loses two stars because of the smell

Old tired and seriously stinks every time you walk in. I know they had issues with the toilets that were re done but the smell hasn’t gone away. I cannot bring myself to buy fruit or veg there because of the smell!!!!

Empty freezers and missing or reduced choice means that the only option is to shop elsewhere

Store desperately needs a "Refresh" as they used to call it when I worked for company. Dated facilities and rancid smell from drains at front of store for seemingly the last year or so. Very off putting considering fresh produce is stored at the front surrounded by this stench.
