Went into the store today and among the items I bought was a bottle of Olive Oil. I dropped this at the checkout, and the staff were fantastic. They got a cleaner to sort it out and got me another bottle. I apologised profusely and they could not have been nicer about it. They just said "it happens, we are all human". I offered to pay but they refused. I should like to thank all the staff who sorted out the mess so professionally. You were all great. Thank you. Linda

Nice staff and good selection of food and other items. Lovely manager who is very helpful and great with my kids.

Very helpful staff on customer service desk. I needed large white and pink roses for wedding bouquet, and their usually large stock (delivered daily) was depleted but staff diligent in checking stock room to assist and established when next fresh delivery was in six hours time. They called me to ensure I had what I required when it arrived. 24hr five star service.
