Me and my partner come to this store multiple times a week. The store is always tidy and organised, and the staff are always friendly. Rory is especially helpful and always happy to assist. Excellent customer service!
Since the self service tills came in I’ve basically given up. They are very temperamental and very frustrating.nWe as customers are being forced to use them because they have cut down on actual tills being open. I’ve used Tesco and Sainsbury’s SS checkouts without any problems but these are a nightmare. What’s the point in having them and someone being on duty to solve issues arising from them. Get back to manning the tills. I’m not the only one who’s frustrated, 2 in front of me today were of the same mindset.
I enjoy the variety of products and generally slightly cheaper.
Very well stocked, clean and the toilets were clean too, staff were helpful and friendly
Very rude obnoxiousfemale member of staff who said she was standing in manager, could do with retraining g on how to treat customers.
