I wanted something that wasn't on the shelf and asked a staff member not the right person apparently but she went out of her way to find the appropriate staff member who then went off to find what I wanted from the store out the back. Always found staff helpful and friendly. They are well trained.
Why are the things you buy on a weekly basis going up in price, and other things ate staying the same or falling??? Your crisps are rising at an astonishing rate!! Not just a few pence but 50p or more at a time!!nUpdate!!!!! Now they've gone down with a club card. What is the point Tesco????
A large Tesco, well stocked with an extensive range of products. Everything was clean, tidy, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Me and my family have started to notice that they're selling off food, just bought dog food wondered what the smell was and it turns out the dog food I bought my dog was off why are you not checking this I can imagine you'll not pay for the vets bill if my dog gets ill, we buy things and when we get home we realise its not in our shopping it's always like joints of meat too weirdly enough like the cashier swipes it and puts it somewhere to then sell it at a later date, I thought I was going mad but it only happens at tesco, the prices are over priced and if you go through self serve I'm guessing as I like to wear trackies out they're always stood behind me like I'm a criminal without fail mainly the old guy with glasses and the old lady with long hair, those two could do with being sacking or moving on somewhere and replaced with younger staff who're more used to seeing people wearing stuff like that so they're not going to judge me as a criminal just because I want to be warm and comfortable as when the younger ones are on they don't do weird stuff like that, it's mental I spend around £200 a week there and they still stand behind me to the point it angers me, if I'm honest this store has stolen off me before now when I've gone to the self serve the old man with the glasses has served me for a energy drink I didn't print off a receipt and I went back in to buy something I forgot when I got to the counter he took it off me saying I didn't pay for it even know it was him who had to approve it going through in the first place, it's like the staff have a problem with me to as theirs a mid aged woman who wouldn't serve me as I didn't have ID for energy drink even know I have a beard I mean a long beard too?
You need CCTV in the carpark someone hit my dad's car and has ripped the bumper off but unfortunately can't do anything about going after this person as you don't have CCTV, fed up of shoppimg there if I'm honest too as it's overpriced I can litrally spend £100 and my foods gone in a week I spend £75 at Iceland and that lasts me 2-3 weeks, then the staff are a joke everytime I go and use self serve there no point using the wireless barcode machine as every time you get to self serve they ask for someone to check your basket, then they're always hovering over me if I just use the self serve and say I'm hungry and I buy some food to eat while shopping regardless of if they see me buy the food and they're looking into my soul they'll still ask me to prove I've paid for it and it's obvious at this point that they just have certain people they pick on as I've never seen them do it to anymore else and I've never once stolen from the store, even had redbull taken off me as I'd chucked the receipt even know the guy who took it off me had to approve the sale himself due to age restrictions, then I had that 50yo woman with the highlights in her hair take redbull off me as I didn't have ID on me as I'm a 30yo males with a beard you don't really expect people to be so petty, I guess a bully grows older but they always have that streak in them dirty woman was smiling at me too as if to say f you well either that or she's a narcissist and just likes picking on people when she's having a bad day, the funny thing is too is I spend over £100 in that shop every fortnite and I'm normally with other people that are spending around £200 in that shop but still they harass me the staff have definitely got problems there no wonder it had security as if they're going to harass their customers for nothing then there's no wonder why people kick off in the end it's not on or normal what they're doing.
