Staff are great but it feels as if Tesco are running rhe store down. Lots of lines discontinued aisles of empty shelves and empty fridges. The shame of it is that there isn't much competition so Tesco don't try.

Very quick as used scan your own shopping. Pleasant cashier. Good reduction on organic veg. Found everything we wanted - even used machine to put in a bagful of coins we' d collected and had value deducted from bill.

Me and my husband came in last night to buy drinks for our bonfire and the young boy behind the till was instructed by the manager to not serve us because only one of us had ID, however on the till opposite one of my husbands students (age 16) was purchasing a large bottle of vodka without being challenged. My husband has also been refused to be served condoms there before as he didn't have ID on him, he was buying the condoms for his little brother who was 17 and my partner didn't really want to be an uncle yet. Thanks Tesco! Please have a meeting about the policy's when it comes to ID!
