Pretty good store, this one. It's always well stocked, and plenty of staff are keeping it that way, who seem always happy to help. Price wise, it's a typical Tesco who are striving to match prices from the likes of Aldi and Lidl, but a typical shop for me is cheaper at their competitors.
Worst Tesco’s I’ve ever been to. Only 3 self service tills can do scan and shop and there is always a queue. Fresh produce isn’t fresh and frozen food is limited because there are always broken down units. Staff seem uninterested and unhelpful. Complained several times to customer services and they tell me to contact head office.
Helpful staff, well laid out, deducted a star as no Colmans or other bread sauce in the run up to Christmas and none showing as coming in. A useful tip for those living near the border...shop wine in Tesco in England or the 25% off for 6 is restricted to £7+ wine in Wales!
Usually a good place to shop. The staff are friendly and mostly responsive. Availability can be an issue at times, it can be quite frustrating.
Staff wouldn't let me take my bras back they would refuse & they did not want to know at all
Staple foodstuffs such as found in other branches always in limited supply or completely absent; vegetarian & vegan choice woeful compared to other Tesco stores; higher end cat food choices either out of stock or simply not stocked. Worst branch of Tesco ever encountered, waste of time doing online order as half the stuff doesn't get delivered because they haven't got it! How I wish Ocado would extend their delivery range to cover this area, could do with professional retailing in Llandrindod Wells......
Very helpful as im disabled i don't worry about walking around knowing there is a lovely worker ready to help thank you for all who work at Tesco
Small Tesco for everything we needed on the way up North.
Some staff could seem a little more polite but in general it's a good shopping experience
I am almost never impressed with what I can only call "shop floor managers" They are often sullen, though try to be effective, ignoring customer contact as much as possible. Hard to believe really. Always keener to keep on top of staff than even start to smile at a costomer We had a new staff member at till almost throwing the items at us, which we managed to catch. The "manager" effectively ignored us while she occasionally dealt with him. Nearly all of "ordinary" staff very helpful indeed. Not keen to go back for a while. Bit like a teacher talking with child ignoring parents. What's more they are abrupt and favourite statement is "i am busy"
