I've used Builth Wells Garages for a few years and always had good service. When the time came recently to change my car, Martyn and the team pulled out all the stops to locate and deliver me with the car of my choice in a time when supply is extremely limited. Hats off to a great dealer.
I bought a secondhand car from BWG, I felt they really cared about my needs, took on board my budget and I was offered an appropriate vehicle for me, I am delighted with the result. All members of the team were courteous and attentive, I felt very safe with their Covid measures in place, this is the first time I've used this dealership, but I feel very sure it won't be the last. I heartily recommend this business. Thank you to you all for providing great service and even with my low budget making me feel like an important customer.
Great service-friendly, helpful staff.
Purchased a Vitara Sport from BWG back in the autumn and I am absolutely delighted the car. Sport mode gives the car a little boost when needed and the snow/ice mode is the reason I bought the car for the country lanes and steep inclines I need to navigate in winter. Very economical for an all-wheel drive about 40mpg which is great for the windy roads I mostly drive on. The customer service is superb. Martyn and Tim really know their stuff and they rightly take a lot of pride in traditional, hands-on customer service. Recently had a service, all went through smoothly and without fuss. I highly recommend Builth Wells Garages.
