I just love Tesco.nMy second home n25% off wine at the moment.nSalmon at a discount price.nWhat is there not to like!nNice staff as well, very helpful.
I've been using this Tesco branch regularly since moving to the area, and I have absolutely no complaints. Having grown up shopping at Tesco, the stores always feel familiar and comfortable, and this branch is no exception. It feels very similar to the one I used to visit near where I previously lived, which made settling into a new area that little bit easier.nThe store is clean, well organised, and has a great range of products. I can usually find everything I need in one trip, and the shopping experience is always straightforward and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is consistently well maintained.nI've always felt that Tesco is one of the best all-round supermarkets, offering a great balance of quality, choice, value, and convenience. This branch certainly lives up to that reputation, and I would happily recommend it to others.
Disappointing shop this evening. One staff member too busy shouting and I mean shouting in his phone. Customers kept looking at him. He was trying to mop a floor with a very dirty mop head, and no wet floor sign in sight! Very poor care. Then at the self service tills, I was the only customer and my items needed a scan check. I waited and waited for the assistant who was too busy scrolling on his phone. He only noticed me because I said something. Usually the staff are very friendly and helpful, but was this because it was evening and no management around. Plus charity fundraisers at front of shop hassling customers to donate. Was not a pleasant experience.
This supermarket is really massive and plenty of room without any hassle. Amazing to see a customer's toilet inside the branch. The cashier section is extremely quick. The only downside is driving to the exit is a nightmare. What a waste of petrol. Should be better organised.
Absolutely appalling “customer service” from one of your staff this afternoon. I usually use self scan when doing my shopping as it’s much quicker yet it wasn’t working this afternoon. Finished shopping and joined the checkout queue which wasn’t moving very fast at all. My partner grabbed one item from the freezer and this staff member aggressively told her to get to the checkout. She tried explaining that I was already waiting to be served and he shouted at her that she needed to be at the checkout too. Not content with having a go at my partner, he then proceeded to have a pop at at least two other customers who I believe will also be putting a complaint in to Tesco. I wouldn’t have needed to queue for a checkout as it was nearing closing time had your self scan been working so shouting at your customers isn’t really the way to go. This staff member clearly exasperated was complaining about customers to his colleague whilst I was loading my shopping into the car. I retuned the trolley to the front of the store and asked his colleague for his name and she was stuttering at which point, he approached me aggressively. I asked his name and explained I wanted to put a complaint in because of how he’d spoken to my partner to which he gave a very unconvincing answer, so I took a photo of him for Tesco to be able to identify him. He attempted to grab my phone and had his hand on it! I got it away from him and he was trying to defend his actions in store. He absolutely deserves to be sacked.
