This is a great tesco, i believe it has many more to come. But i personally recommend getting new staff!! Some staff are absolutely fantastic while some others probably wake up on the wrong side of their bed. One time i needed assistance on self checkout, the women aggressively told me to move and told me off, while she went to another self checkout and helped another person with love in her heart. But overall it is really nice, i go here every weekend, gives us free parking and has a good variety of food thats at best quality! :
It's combination of rude staff and constant queues. Who ever manages this shop purposefully understaff it and then forces everyone to use self check out.nnThe selfcheck outs are incredibly buggy and staff are always slow to help.nnI love right next door to this store and now drive to the other side of town to the other Tesco as that has real staff that serve you and lack the attitude and rudeness of this store.
Not as good as it used to be, particularly since the Pharmacy has closed. Self-service tills in sandwich / drinks area have been removed making it less convenient for shoppers. Narrow, awkward, dated main customer entrance to the store. Not appealing from the outside, needs modernising.nPositives: Conveniently near the city centre. Good selection of sandwiches, drinks for lunch. Good produce and bakery section but wholemeal bread and rolls selection limited. Tidy and clean.nNegatives: Limited choice in some areas, particularly dairy items.
Need to fix your staffing Sunday 7th December 13:30. Over reliance on self service creating a backlog
WHY CHANGE THE PARKING DURATION TIME? ARE THEY NOT MAKING ENOUGH MONEY? IT JUST SEEMS THAT EVEN THE PRICES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE JUST MAKING PEOPLE TO RUSH AROUND HELTER SKELTER! I FEEL THE 3 HOURS SHOULD HAVE BEEN KEPT. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT TESCOS BECAUSE I FEEL THEY ARE BEING A LITTLE BUT GLUTONOUS.
