Today a lovely man named Toby made our shopping experience so lovely he helped my mum who has mental health difficulties to pack and put her shopping in my car as I couldn’t after having an operation last week. I don’t know how we would have managed without the help of Toby today thanks so much for your help I really wanted to leave a nice review to show our appreciation for the kindness of your wonderful employees at the Chelmsford Springfield branch. Highly recommend staff are so helpful and friendly.
Visited the store today and found that there were no Big trolleys available. Fortunately I was with my wife and so we could use two trolleys.nShe is usually alone so would have been unable to complete her shop. The toilets are still unavailable which has been the case for months which I think is unacceptable, particularly for older shoppers. Are Tesco planning to close this store by stealth?nWhat will be missing next
i had an interaction with one of the mangers josh was his name his customer service skills was not the best and his attitude was disgusting good at hope he sorts that out for himself .i also have a feeling he doesn’t even treat his staff right

Omg, where do I start! Why would you remove tills? You are one of the busiest stores in town, which brings me to my next point, you're busy exactly the same time everyday, yet you never have enough staff in place. They seem to busy chatting to each other and following each other around the store. Surely you would have rotas in place to combat this? But consistently you have massive lines when they wouldn't be that bad if you had staff in place and tills open, the tills you did remove would come on after the rushes and the close again as soon as there is the next rush, I feel who ever runs this store is hugely incompetent, I'm so surprised you don't have more complaints!nAlso would help if you put in trolly self service or at least have your staff say to trolleys manned tills only rather then have full weekly shops going through on small not fit for purpose self service! To which you actually stripped out half of them which you guessed it means ultra long waiting times just to buy something like a meal deal. And my last point, you use to have to separate exit and entrance but you removed the bigger entrance to Funnel hundreds of shoppers through the smallest door way imaginable! To which most of tge time is blocked by people having catch up chats. Honestly that in it's self is so annoying!
