The worst customer service I have ever had, I look forward to a call from the pharmacy manager to make a formal complaint.

Very efficient service + not too big a queue.

Asked to speak to the phamacist privately and after a very long wait was consulted in full view of at least ten people waiting in the queue about six feet away. Very unprofessional! Should have a private consultation room.

Fed up receiving text to say "Your prescription is ready for collection"  Sadly it never is, you always have a 10 or 15 minutes to 'walk around the store' some might say shop while you wait. Great advice throughout the pandemic to people picking up prescriptions because they are Ill. Go mingle unnecessarily and hopefully you'll buy something else.  The text is a lie and needs the wording changed at least to 'arrived at the pharmacy'. Last night despite a message saying ready for collection, they didnt even have items in stock.

Some good experiences and some not so good. Have tried to phone recently, and the phone is terminated every time.

I understand giving out medicines isn’t a jovial task, but they potter around behind the plexiglass looking stressed & greet each customer like they are going to rob the place.

1 star as I'm unable to give it zero! Seriously The absolute worst pharmacy.. No text alerts sent to inform of your medication being ready in spite of sighing up to their text service. Lost medication, unbelievably slow staff and neveranswer the phone!

Always an excellent service here, bi-monthly repeat is always there when the text arrives. Cheery & friendly service. thank you.

I have visited this pharmacy several times finding most of the staff there very nice and friendly apart from the manager. I found that he is very nosy, intrusive, and questions why you have a prescription. Feeling this is not his business I complained at the customer service's department  in store only to be told it's totally separate.

The friendliest, most helpful and lovely staff ever! Well stocked, always on time and send text alerts for repeat prescriptions when they’re ready.
