Apathetic & disorganised. Whilst staying locally, I accompanied my friend to collect his diabetes prescription this morning. The person serving seemed half-asleep and took some time to reach the conclusion that the prescription was not in. We suggested she phone the GP to find out where it was. She phoned the GP, forgot why she'd phoned and then turned to us and asked if she could help. What?! We reminded her of what it was she was supposed to be doing... so, she looked again and- lo, and behold- she found part of my friend's prescription. No apology. No sense of customer service or professionalism. Conclusion: don't waste your time using this chemist.
