Very very slow service wouldn't blame the staff entirely but it definitely needs more stuff there working

Very slow service, even though they have about five people working, the young man that workes there is the only one who is on the ball and knows what he is doing. It don’t matter if u have just seen the doctor or u have put the prescription in the morning to pick up later, it’s never ready and I have waited up to 30 mins for mine. There is always a cue out the door. Less people who know what they are doing that’s what they need.

An excellent, well run pharmacy. This store is joined to Pool Health Centre so is convenient for those picking up prescriptions. The retail section is small, so don't expect a wide range of retail goods here.

Unfortunately there is one very abrasive and combative female member of staff that I encounter when I ring querying my prescriptions, very unprofessional and has happened more than once. Thankfully the majority of staff are very helpful and friendly and provide good customer service.
