Staff were fantastic, the council have stopped them using the towel dispensers but they could see me looking and used the tannoy to tell me they had them inside so I was able to get my hands clean od diesel before using my car again.
Easy to use with pay at pump.nReally close to the motorway so often use this instead of filling up and paying the higher prices on the motorway.
7/09/2025nWon’t be returning after a lady with brown curly hair pulled the shutters down in my face stating they are closed at 9:58AM. This is absolutely disgraceful! Ive worked in customer service for 10 years and id never in a million do that to someone.nRather than saying we open in 2 minutes or that she can’t help me until 10. She knew i couldn’t pay at the pump because i told her this, there was also someone else who could not and also left too.nIts a shame because some of the other staff are very pleasant in there.
The layout here is honestly a nightmare. Some lanes are pay-at-pump only, but the signs are so low you can’t even see them if there’s a van or SUV in front. You end up in the wrong lane, have to drive around, and start queuing all over again. Then, when you finally reach the pump, there’s no unleaded anyway! I mentioned it to the cashier, and they said it happens all the time and management still hasn’t fixed the signs. Pretty frustrating — feels like no one’s listening.
