I think Tesco’s it is time for you to change your slogan because you can’t even do the little things to help your customers! Today I went to Tesco Stores Ltd, 1505 Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 4EN Needed to withdraw cash also needed to fill up the car with petrol which I didn’t end up doing because the cash machine had no cash in it so I went into the store to ask for cashback where the response was you have to buy something when I complained about this your manager Gemma storming over in a bit of a huff asking the cashier is at the tobacconist who is it did not want to help me did not want to do anything if this is how your store manager Neil wants to run a superstore maybe it is time for him to work for the competition because seriously do I really need to go back to Tesco? Obviously every little helps is a little bit too much these days I will be putting this on Google I will be putting this on any review site that I can possibly find I as you can tell I am not happy thanks for your help Tesco

Friendly staff, cheaper than most local filling stations, can get busy quickly
Busy petrol station in a good location. The prices are slightly high but affordable. The pumps were a little bit dirty for me but the shop was clean and organised and the team member who served me was friendly. All the pumps should have to have the pay at pump service and not just the side ones!
A good location. I always fill up just before I take the motorway and this is the ideal place. The price is also good and highly competitive. The club card points add up too. It's also good when you want to buy groceries and top up the tank. Always been satisfied with the fuel quality
Just stopped off to get some things I needed after leaving hospital so it was the perfect place to visit
What can you say about a petrol station, need petrol or diesel? If the answer is yes then good news, this place has both, and even better the staff are very friendly
Nice and easy to use if there is no one else there but if the station gets busy then it becomes a shambles as the back pumps are pay at pump only and so if you have people waiting for the pumps in front then they block these ones.
I don't visit this station any more as there are cheaper stations near by. It hasn't been the cheapest for at least 6 or 7 years and the only time I used it was when tesco gave discounts on shop purchases. Conveniently close to A127
