You're pay at pump is an unpleasant chore, won't scan my qr clubcard code and when I tried to back out of the process it locked out on 'replace nozzle' when obviously I hadn't yet lifted a nozzle. And the 'tap card here' wouldnt read my RFID no matter where I tried to 'tap' it. Who sets up and programs your moronic machines?
Calked in at 21.20 last night needing fuel only to find station closed. I checked on Tesco web site and it still says open 24hr. Tesco need to ensure opening is updated if it can't meet its advertised times. Not good
No sign saying how to get into the forecourt. Obvious when you know but if not you'll pass it and be faced with a barrier and a no entry sign where the exit is. There must be a hundred signs in the car park. Please have 101and mark the petrol forecourt entrance.
I wish to convey my thanks to the staff on duty at the Tesco Petrol Station between 12 30 and 2 30pm on Friday 23rd April. I had the misfortune to place diesel into my petrol tank! My mistake completely and I was horrified. The ladies on duty were kind, helpful and reassuring. Fortunately, the RAC came to the rescue. To the staff at Tesco, many thanks!
Does the Job. Able to purchase petrol 24hrs a day only downside is that after 10pm you only can use the Pay at Pump option because the shop itself closes and now that you cannot buy tobacco products from the main store from 10pm Manager's decision not company policy we have to travel all the way over to either one of the Shell garages on the other side of town. Would be much better if the Petrol station was manned at all times so we can still get petrol with cash and grab some cigarettes, milk and bread.
Lately they started close the station really early , not sure why??? Leave the pay at the pump lanes open !! !
What can you say it's a petrol station. It does get very busy here as it's one of the cheapest fuel stations in town. Also being near the store makes it convenient. Good range of snacks and drinks plus a few other essentials. There aren't toilets in here but there are in the store across the car park
Prices are good for the area. Always has gloves and sanitiser available for use with pay at pump an option as well if needed.
Reasonable prices but poor service if they smiled may help they make you feel it's an inconviniace you being there.
Not much to say about a filling station but gloves and sanitizer available. Pay at pump option. All good.
