Dave & Brian Rogers have a long established reputation for a first class, efficient and personal service. Formerly Ross Motors, Hills Retail Ltd has invested in new workshop equipment proving their future commitment to staff and customers. Our newly installed ‘one-man’ MOT ramp can provide a while-u-wait service by appointment. A courtesy car is available by prior arrangement and an out-of-hours drop off/collection facility is offered.

I rang in the morning and they took my car in within 15 minutes. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for a person like me, who has no clue about cars!. They let me know that a previous mechanic, who had told me my front brake pads needed replacing, was wrong and they had plenty of wear left in them. They did a full service as well as some other things that needed fixing, and had it back to me within the day. I was surprised that they cleaned my car too! Really friendly, honest people. Many thanks.
Rang very early to get my car seen asap. They had it in 15mins later and sorted it by the next day as had to wait for a part. Will definitely use again. Many thanks
It's never a good time for your car to breakdown. Without warning, my engine management system shut down & my car was immobile. The RAC were unable to fix it, but did give a diagnosis. Thankfully I was at home & able to google what help I needed. Based on other peoples reviews, I emailed Alcester Auto services. Even though it was early evening gone 6pm I got a reply from Dave offering help & advice. Within 24hrs, my car was collected, taken in for diagnosis & I was provided with a courtesy car. When I saw Dave - he was very calm, patient & listened to me as I was stressed out. The faults have been diagnosed & are on the way to being fixed. I have been updated every step of the way. I have done 90,000 miles in my car & it is still my pride & joy. With Dave & his teams knowledge I hope to continue using my car for many years. Thank you all at Alcester Auto Services. Nov 2021.
Used this garage to get my alternator replaced via clickmechanic. Very impressed with the service and work carried out for a very good price. Car was collected and dropped off once the work was completed. I even popped in as I had a problem with my undertray and they fixed it with no charge. Will definitely reccomend to family and friends.
I got a flat tyre and couldn't undo the wheel nuts to put my spare on annoying. Drove very slowly! over the road to Alcester Auto Services and asked if they could just undo the nuts so that I could change the wheel. They did the entire change for me.....and charged me nothing....restored my faith in humanity. There are still some decent people out there. Very friendly and so very helpful. THANK YOU!!
