I swear, among the rudest customer service ever received in my life!! Go Morrisons, M&S or Saysburys which are all less than 5 minute walk from Tesco.

As a foreigner, I have found the British people to be lacking in customer service skills. Many times I have found myself wondering if I had become an imposition on customer facing employees due to their salty disposition. This being said, when you find someone with a good attitude and a positive view on customer service the experience really does stay with you. The security guard in your store (8/6/17 6.00pm / Indian or Arab decent) is a true gem. He is welcoming, friendly and always smilling. Both me and my house mate really look forward to leaving the shop as we are always met a warm smile, and a wave. Keep up the good work and never forget the importance of good customer facing employees!!!!

I used this supermarket mainly for quick visits, especially when I am in a hurry for whatever reason.

I just pited in today and bought few daily need ,I asked the guy in the cashier where can I find the spon one of the store staff's his name was WRITER if I am not wrong he came to me and he said I will bring the spon for you, I think his is deserve to be poromoted as he providing excellent customer service and he really care about customers.
