I always visit this shop if I need anything for my home wholesaler for home great range of products from appliances to cleaning products to funny and useless decorations and great staff. But sometimes the price is a little too much . Two floors as well I recommend to anyone looking for something.

The shop has good collection of products. Prices are ok and the kitchen cleaning product collection are really good.

I wanted to buy a knife this afternoon. the seller did not want to serve me because I did not have an ID card. After leaving, I asked my friend to make a purchase, because she had an ID card with her. however, the seller did not ask for the proof and sold it with no problem. Did he do it because my hair was messy from my hat and work, I was wearing leggings and a sweatshirt and my face was without makeup? lower category customer. very unprofessional sorting people by appearance.

I have been looking for a simple, sturdy ratchet screwdriver to use with my existing collection of bits, without much success. Then I called In to Robert Dyas and found exactly what I was looking for. So yes, you did make me smile today.

Worth going into for discounted items but otherwise prices aren't anything special. Layout isn't intuitive as though the management just place new stock wherever there is space and to make things worse the stacks are generally untidy with items left on paths giving a jumble sale vibe.

Good range of products but customer service is appaling, do not expect any help if you have any enquiry. Staff was so rude on my visit today.

I was not impressed by the service at the till. The security tag was not removed from the product I bought and the security alarm was activated in the several shops I went afterwards. Highly embarrassing. I will avoid purchasing from this shop forward
