Tesco Express

This store is absolutely useless. I go in here as it is convenient no other reason, service is useless, items not fresh and often out of date. Appears no management here either. Often the self service check outs are not working or only take cash or only credit cards. Usually only have one person on a check out when anything from 5-10 people waiting. I purchased some nuts this week and found they were 3 months out of date and yet still on the shelf. Complained to Tesco HO and got nowhere. The store was told to call me but no one has 4 days later. Sainsbury’s near the station is so much better, a smaller store with a better selection of produce, better staff and customer service. I have no connection to Sainsbury, I just know what good service should look like and it isn’t in Tesco.

Not surprised to read most reviews reflect what me and my wife have been saying for the past 2 years. This is easily the worst Tesco I've ever been in. In fact it's the worst building I've ever been in. The staff are rude at the tills and shove past you when they're packing shelves without saying a word. Most of the shelves are empty. The shop itself is disgusting and never clean. Half the time the roof is leaking next to the fruit!! I never leave reviews but this place is next level. I'm contacting Ealing Council today to have it inspected because it can't meet regulations. Oh and the self service never, and I mean never, accepts cash. Because the staff are too lazy to have to sort it out. You can be at the back of a 10 person queue and there will be one person serving. The owner doesn't care because it's actually been getting worse for 2 years.

Horrendous attitude of staff when I went in there 2 update my Clubcard as I happened 2 be passing by.

It's a shop. Some organic produce. Staff really nice. Usually have stock of everything you need for day to day shopping

Can't agree more with Judith. Dirty dirty dirty. Pints of milf all over the place. And the cocky guy with the beard is the cherry on the icing on top of the dirty cake. Dirty.
