The staff here are great and I enjoy my shopping experience several times a week. The selection is decent for a superstore. Club card is the best and makes me feel like a valued customer.
normally i shop from here all the time and i'm so confused today and i didn't encounter anything like that and i was shocked when i saw and small worms came out in the peach and they were alive and we ate them and now it's really and nasty and i will never shop from this place again and i will definitely not eat anything We have learned once again that you should not look inside and eat.
Very rude staff. The cashier throw my staff and damaged, I asked 3 times for a carrier bag before I get it and then I’ve been told that she can be more rude than that if she want. ‍
A pack of bullies unwilling to do their job -asked me to return in 30 mins for a sell off products because the lady labeling the products to go on sale was in a bad mood. She started shouting at me, all the sales people were in my face when I said I am calling the head office, which I did. On top of that toilets not in use for 2 years now. They run the store the way they want not in the customers interest!
Very rude manager, not concerned about customers’ safety and welfare whatsoever. Apart from this one particular staff there are more of them who need training in customer service and how to do their job properly. Their management of the store’s stock could be improved too as they are sold out of many things for days on end. I stopped shopping here after quite a few negative experiences.
