Back of tesco/ iceland/ way 2 safe..nThis photo was taken today, but this rubbish has been accumulating for over six months. The street is infested with rats, and there is frequent drug activity, making it increasingly unsafe to live here. As a woman living alone and working late nights, I feel deeply anxious and afraid to return home. I kindly urge you to address this issue as soon as possible.
Complaint About Tesco Harlesden Plaza – Unacceptable Prices and ServicesnnDear Tesco Customer Service,nnI am writing to express my deep frustration and indignation regarding the Tesco store at Harlesden Plaza. It is appalling how this branch is blatantly exploiting the local working-class community with excessively high prices. The cost of living is already a struggle for many, yet Tesco seems determined to make it even harder for those who can least afford it.nnOn top of that, the store lacks even the most basic customer amenities. There is no toilet available for customers, which is unacceptable for a store of this size and importance. To add insult to injury, the parking is not free, meaning customers are forced to pay extra just to shop at Tesco. This is nothing short of a disgrace.nnAdditionally, the customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. Unlike other Tesco stores where staff are generally polite and helpful, the service at Harlesden Plaza feels indifferent at best. It is as if customers should simply accept poor treatment along with inflated prices.nnSo, thank you, Tesco, for making life even harder for working-class people. Your dedication to overcharging and providing subpar service is truly remarkable. The modern-day wage slaves sincerely appreciate having their hard-earned money drained while receiving nothing but inconvenience in return.nnI hope Tesco re-evaluates its priorities and starts treating its customers with the fairness and respect they deserve.nnYours sincerely,nLuiz Silva
I do not recommend this Tesco. They do not have parking even though their website says they have parking. I received a penalty 100 £ because I was in this store and made purchases. And the staff in the store is rude if you ask them anything
Security NEED to do something about beggars harassing customers coming in and out of the store to give them money to buy drugs. Many times I’ve seen things kicking off between shoppers and beggars that would’ve been prevented if security asked them to move along, or called the police if necessary rather than just watching everything unfold for hours.nnThere is no need for 2 guards to sit watching the cameras inside the building. One can do this and the other one can stand outside so customers actually feel safe coming in and out of the store. Beggars are brazen in what they ask for here because security does zilch. They don’t want spare pennies, they want to pressure lone women to go to the Tesco cashpoint and get them a £10 note!!nnThey don’t do this in front of ANY other shop in the parade, or in Harlesden at all because it’s ONLY Tesco that allows this harassment of their customers.
I forget an important documents in the basket after I bought things.nThe staff throw my documents in the garbage. When I come back they told that it’s in the garbage behind the Store.
