They didn't find my address for 3 times ,on 3 different parcels so they sent back to the sender and I had to claim them be sent back ,causing extra cost to the senders,only in 1 hey came to my home to put the collection ticket,another one tine i went cause I`ve had the e-mail and eve with my id. the man coudn't find the parcel,and was there as he founded later on ,is a mess that place ,unreliable ,THEY SHOULD'NT HAVE LICENCE TO CARRY ON WITH UPS SERVICE AS THEY AREN'T COMPETENT.
