I ordered parcel and it comes with evri and they sand back without reason. Not point to put the sign out that is a pick up point + online As well if you are not doing your job properly.
I have been going here to drop off Evri parcels for the past few months. The machine in the store is often broken and the shop staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They often say the machine is not working or they just say that the collection has just taken place so they won't take the package. Or, they say the items are too large which I know they aren't because I've then taken them straight to other Evri locations without issue. On one occasion, a staff member threw labels that the machine had chewed up at me saying 'take your rubbish.' I'm not sure I've experienced service this bad. Avoid!
One man in there is polite. But the other one is not. The Evri printer is “not working” half the time. The older man who works there told me to pick up some random rubbish someone else had left in the shop. Bizarre!

Absolutely awful. Said they didn’t have my parcel when I had proof it had been delivered here. Super rude and unhelpful. DO NOT GET YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED HERE
Absolutely awful customer service, rude, condescending and dismissive. If you don't like people and provide service for them, don't run the shop.
I think some of the reviews are harsh and old. Their hermes printer machine has always worked all 8 times for me so far without a hitch. Nice guys too. No problems.
He overprice everything. Coffe in sainsburys is 3.80£ . Here he selling it 5£. Its a rip off. Its my nearest shop bur will not come back here. I prefer to order online sainsburis at least they dont rip off.
I've been there several times for Hermes Drop-offs. They are listed as a "print in store" but every time I've been there to print the label, the "printer was out of service". Today, my parcel was refused by a rude man because it was too big, even though I've been sending this size packages every month for the last 6 months through that store and it was never an issue!
Went here to drop off a parcel because the Hermes website says it’s a ‘print in store’ store. This is clearly not the case as I was told I need to print the label myself. Waste of my time.
