Arrived just after 9am, not particularly busy, quite a lot of empty spaces on shelves. Prices seem to be continually rising. Checkout was quite and simple enough, friendly staff.
As non local I used this store for a coffee and small shop. Unlike every other store I have visited exorbitant fines are levied just to park. Seems rather cynical to me!
Very disappointed by the introduction of charged parking, even late at night. Free parking was a condition of planning approval when the store was built. The objective to boost footfall into the town centre. Yet 'our' obsequious vote-rigging local councillors have since reversed that longstanding rule. It seems after shirehall officials met privately with agents of the supermarket giant. Fancy that. "Every Little Helps", eh?!
Not the largest of Tesco superstores. The tesco car park has camera on entry and exit, need to validate parking at machine near store entrance if stay more than 30 minutes.
We use the click and collect service, I have to say all the young people that have come out to us have been warm and friendly, a credit to Ludlow and Tesco
The one in Ludlow isn't a super store so doesn't sell many clothes.
This used to be a good branch of Tesco but the shelves were very badly stocked, they clearly don't carry as many items as other fairly local stores. How can they have no tomatoes? The staff were lovely as usual. The car parking is ridiculous. If you know how it works it makes sense but the instructions are useless and the whole idea idiotic. I shall not use this store again.
It's big. Sneak in a fold up bicycle, may save you a couple of hours.
Avoid like the plague. The manager Ashley Oliver is gormless, rude and unprofessional as are his staff. I have been visiting Ludlow for 30 years and never experienced such poor and inconsiderate customer service anywhere as I did in this store. Do not give them your time or money!
Lots of choice but rubbish till not scanning club card unless you "know" the trick!
