Bright and inviting. McColls' is a lovely shop stocking everything needed for a local community. The staff are very approachable. A gentleman that served me was very hepful, friendly and took care and time serving me. Will return to the shop many times with this great service.

Staff are arogant and think they are above the customers they serve. Stock is close to out of date and more expensive than Harrods.So called specials advertised on the website are never 'in stock'. Would rather turn to cannibleism than return to this place.

Expensive under stocked, out of date foods and staff are mostly as thick as two short planks.  fingers crossed it will close when Tesco express opens.
