Friendly helpful staff. Elizabeth on pharmacy is so helpful and kind, always remembers me and does her best to help me especially on a bad day. Nothing is too much trouble. Store is kept clean and tidy too.

Great for if you need the pharmacist but lacks variety in other areas due to smaller shop, I sometimes have to go elsewhere for brands that I consider common

Staff were well presented and polite. Boots just looks and feels out of date and in need of modernisation. They have a good range of products but the way in which they are displayed is old fashioned. I also got static shocks from the shelving.
