Useful for a big shop, but savings are nowadays nominal. Shopping trolleys are bust and difficult to get the new £1 coin into. My latest shop was £170+. The receipt showed I saved a massive 34p. On leaving the front doors the slope makes steering the trolleys a battle to prevent you hitting the nearby cars

I like the waste selection. The cash machines outside often don’t work and if I don’t have a coin I had to carry a metal basket. They should have one in between pull baskets like in Aldi . Price wise is good.

Although it is open 24hrs, tryin to get a staff member who will help you before 9am is impossible. Hot food, although on the counter before 8am, will not be put in a bag before 9 as the woman is too busy. Same as the self service tills, only 6 out of 12 are open before 10. Rather they would just be open, completey when advertised

24/01/18 between 12 to 1 MP I went to the store to exchange something, but the lady had a pleasure to make my life harder. I got 5 items to pay and this exchange to do and was rushing for work. she said that I have to go on another queeue. She really made me upset, specifically because it wasn't the first time; this happened to me and with the same lady ("Sheyla" her name, if I'm not wrong) and her colleague. I made the exchange then went to self pay point service, the products that I was buying had a security display on and needed a staff to remove it. I had to wait for the process and I was rushing to work. She was very rude didn't really care about me as a customer. The way that she tried me, makes me feel really uncomfortable and not welcomed. When she said that I couldn't do my exchange and pay my items there, I asked why and asked her to call the manager, no one appears. I was exchanging £8 product for another of £20. Because I thought it was a disrespect, I just gave back the one and got my money back then I went to pay my 5 items at another queeue. So, the store sold less £20 and made a customer unhappy.
