Due to under par parsnips I couldn't give it 5 stars, but dont let that spoil your shopping experience. I place this establishment up there with the likes of Cargo fleet lidl and Teesside Toupe's for customer service.

Asked on arrival of someone could collect trolleys. No small ones & every trolley bay in the car park was full. Went to end of car park in the pouring rain to get myself a trolley. On return I again spoke to member of staff & said there were no trolley collector's in the car park & all bays in car park were over flowing with trolleys. She said oh well they must be collecting baskets then! Was disgusted by her attitude. After shopping went to the coffee shop. Every table was dirty & overflowing with dirty pots. Also pots left on the counter. 1 lady on the till doing numerous jobs. Another lady came out & started preparing meals with her outdoor coat on. You couldn't make this place up. It's appalling. I drank my coffee at a dirty table overflowing with mucky pots 😣😣 I think a visit from environmental health needs to be made.
