Needed a part for my Dyson Hoover quickly, and luckily Pennywise had the genuin Dyson part in stock. 
The man serving was pleasant and helpful, and price was competitive with online pricing.
 Would recommend.

Took my tumble dryer to the Normanby branch to replace the drum belt which cost £6- £10 online and a 10mn Job to fit. 
Penny wise charged ne £42  which I thought was very expensive for what it was. I felt totally ripped off and wished I asked the question first or was told they charged £30 labour for a 10mn job. They were rude when I challenged it saying they could cut the belt and when I asked if they could help to the car the ignorant chap said we might charge you. Absolutely disgraceful service, I hope someone else opens up in the area and knock you off your pedestal.

Needed a replacement part for my washer, called pennywise, the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. My part was ordered and ready to collect the next day. Thanks, i recommend. Prices also competitive and much cheaper than my local service & repair shop.
