Watched an old man ask for help scanning his shopping through the self service for the woman working on this department to walk past and ignore him. There for I helped with the mans shopping. Then one week later as I was putting my shopping through the till she then asked me for ID for the alcohol I wanted to buy which I then gave her. Then for her to ask my partner which is covered in tattoos for ID also which he didn't have on him. I then explained it was me buying it and paying for it ( I highly doubt the fruity wine I was buying was for my partner) she then rang the alarm for more staff to come down as if I was some king of crazy lady. There for hexham Tesco is not my favourite place to shop.

I went in 30mins before closing time on Friday night (4/8/17), I thought I can peacefully do my bit of shopping as there was no other people around apart from their night team staff and al be nice and quick as they were closing at midnight night, but I was wrong every 5mins the same lady was announcing they are closing and i should make my way to checkout, when it got to 11:45pm, she was screaming and shouting on the mic saying I should now get myself to the self checkout as if I was ignoring her! When I got to the self checkout and asked her to help me remove the tag of items I was buying, she refused me and said no I am busy. I asked her again to come and help me as I have full trolley of shopping worth nearly £100 pounds, I only had 10mins to scan, she then came over and I managed to see her name badge as she was called Fiona. I asked her was it her screaming on the mic, she denied and blamed it on someone else( but she was the only female at self checkout point all night as I have noticed). I work in customer service background and if I or any of my colleagues did anything like this trying to rush customers out as soon as the came and be rude to them and provide bad cutomer service intentionally then we could lose our job.

Yet again items on the shelfs had moved , so I gave up and went to Aldi

The keys for the electric mobility cars were not fitting so had to hang onto trolley and muddle round
