Smart sharp and friendly.  Liked the tables outside so could have the free members coffee there. Wish were more local bottle beers but can't have it all. Reasonable vegan food choice

Can't understand the hype for this supermarket. All their own branded items I bought were mostly thrown away. Not in the same class as another well known store. Good choice of other brands and wines, lovely fresh and store but won't be going out my way to go back.

I recently visited Waitrose during my sojourn to Hexham, and there is not a single aspect of my experience that I can fault. From the impressive array of products to the friendly, knowledgeable staff—who are always eager to assist and enhance the shopping experience—everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend that you visit this premium store.

Brenda and her colleagues are perfectly placed to give excellent customer service at the entrance to Waitrose Hexham. Lovely lasses, thanks again.

It's a Waitrose supermarket. What more is there to say? Easy parking but you will be a disc.
