I was in your Kingsway Store this morning around 8am and I wanted to take a little time to show my appreciation and gratitude to the two colleagues that helped me, Janice & Lorraine. They helped me locate an item I was looking for as a surprise gift. It may seem small and trivial to some but they do know how much this will bring a smile of joy to my cousin who has been trying to find the Curtis Christmas bedding down South. Anyway thank you ladies I hope you get the recognition you deserve as you both truly know the meaning of Customer Service. Keep up the great work!

Went to use the new style fuel pumps at kingsway tesco, marked up as duel sided, no there not!!!!...what silly person from tesco main purchasing dept,went to a demonstration of these pumps and deemed them fit for purpose, they must drive a fiat 500 or similar to be impressed...I'm certainly not, just for comparison, south road tesco, no problem what so ever
Visited the cafe today whilst shopping in Tesco Kingsway Dundee. The girl in the cafe Ruth was so pleasant and unfazed at the large queue. She was on her own for a bit but managed to serve lots of people in super quick time. She was smiling and nothing was too much for her. She did great under pressure. I feel like they could have had more staff in the cafe at lunch time but this girl managed and is a credit to the store.
