Walking doing my shopping in the store I see a woman carrying a small lap dog, after approaching a member of staff after years of not being able to take my own dog into supermarkets I’m told as they cannot assume it’s not a service dog they can’t do anything. I understand those who cannot see etc, or those alone but walking into the store with someone means there is an unnecessary entry with a dog. So next time take your dog to Tesco as they can’t say anything, no proof needed and even if your friend or partner is there and you could have waited outside or in the car you still won’t be challenged
Cannot believe the people of Dundee you would think this country has came to a stand still shame on you, you forgot the 2 extra pallets off toilet paper You would have thought there was about too be a World War III well done tesco staff for there hard work they for sure must see some belters, keep up the good work guys and girls 5 star review just a pity I could not get what I wanted because of greedy people.

It’s HUGE. Talk about options! Tip: if you’re looking for are only getting stuff for a few days or under, go to a smaller Tesco’s ie riverside, it’ll, be more efficient. Anything over a few days worth of shopping or a big shop, definitely go to Tesco Extra Kingsway!
Don’t use cafe, tables full of dishes & dirty. Waited 35 minutes, only ordered a wrap!!when I said I just wanted money back. I was told, it’s just coming hun, don’t ever call me hun - very rude
