I’ve never had any problems in this store apart from a few minor issues. The main one being how cramped it can get during the busier times and I can only put this down to the location of the shop, it’s around a lot of Student Accommodation and there isn’t many other supermarkets around within a decent walking distance and with prices soaring through the roof I can only imagine that’s why this Lidl is soo popular!nIf they somehow managed to expand the store then I think it would ultimately be one of the best Lidls around Dundee.nThe in-store bakery is my favourite and if I’m lucky enough to get in early it’s still warm and it’s just delicious!
I go here regularly and it's pretty good value, easy to find things and good service... but there's one older male, he's just not quite as kind; begrudgingly answering my queries or scanning my shopping makes me hope he's not around when I go in.
The lack of products available later in the evening is actually laughable. Why stay open until 10pm if you don't have anything to sell? As someone that works later shifts, it's incredibly disappointing, not being able to buy the food you want, at the time you are able.nnPerhaps scheduling more staff for mid/late evening shifts to stock shelves would be helpful.nnCloses at 9pm on Sunday. No consideration to those who work outside these hours.nnProbably the worst supermarket in the whole city.
My local shop, I lost my wallet in store and A manager Natalia Kindly found me on Facebook so I could get it back during busy hours and then wouldn't take anything as a thank you- An extremely kind hardworking person it seems :
DO NOT SHOP HEREnI have also received a £90 Parking Charge Notice. There are parking notices saying it is Customer car parking only which I was. I did not see any requirement to enter my registration number, which I would have done. I understand it is hidden in some fine print on a notice somewhere.nThis is a parking SCAM.
