Fresh produce, clean environment but not the cheapest
I usually stop for fuel at least once a week, one of the main reasons being the good quality of the coffee. Today's coffee was one of the worst I have had in a very long time.nnYou should also make sure that the staff pays attention to what they are doing instead of rushing trying to get rid of the customers as quick as they can.
Stopped for petrol & oil.nWhile putting the oil in guy came up behind me & said the petrol hoses were not long enough.nAsked if I was broken down & how long I would be?nHe stood over me.nSlightly stressed I forgot to put the oil cap on properly.nDrove off had to walk back 2 miles to look for oil cap & buy more oil.nGive them longer hoses.nReduce customer stress.
After nearly catching a life threatening disease from the state of the toilets i then picked up a meal deal. As lucozade bottles were amongst the sandwiches etc i assumed this was part of the meal deal however i nearly became bankrupt when i realised the cost. The place is already overpriced however i think the lucozade may not have been part of the meal deal and explains the ridiculous cost. So please make it more clear which products are part of the deal. Cos its daylight robbery as it stands.
Nearly always stop off here for a fuel/coffee top-up and to empty our own tanks.nnCoffee good and parking reasonable.nnIt’s a filling station, what more could you want?
