mate josh jeffries came out his way to visit this monument deep within the scottish culture, he was in deep appreciation as he had discovered they had puppy bee tokens on sale within the company ,therefore leading to this heavenly review on this place, heavily recommended to anyone who is looking to get a puppy bee or a tabby bee. big up tesco and shoutout to the security who were very kind and good at the job and not a easy target to get passed, also happy with the customer service as maja our cashier was super kind and helped us within no time!!
This morning I stopped in at the fuel forecourt to top up on my way to work.nnI decided just to use the 'Pay at Pump' feature, so did the authorisation with my card and tried to fuel up. Before any fuel came out the machine flashed up a red warning and said it couldn't dispense and went back to the start screen.nnSo I started again but pressed the option to Pay at Cashier. I dispensed just over £40 of diesel and then when going to pay my card was declined.nnOn inspection the pre authorisation of £120 was being held on my account leaving me insufficient funds on the card to pay for the fuel, until the pre authorisation was reversed, which they admitted they had no control over.nnThe staff tried to help but admitted that the whole store was having payment issues lady at counter was wearing a radio so could hear other reports from main store.nnThe gentleman then working starting guiding me through data capture without explaining fully what the process would be.nnTurns out that by giving my details I was now logged onto Forecourt Eye and risked having the ability to use Pay at Pump features anywhere in the future taken away, but, also now having an additional £4 charge on the £40.17 due, so an additional 10% cost to me for what is ultimately Tescos issue.nnThe whole debacle was compounded by the lady working there trying to pass the buck and put the responsibility onto Mastercard/Visa and shift it away from Tesco. She repeatedly talked over me in an incredibly patronising way.nnYour managers were called and a gentleman called Keith did his best to figure out the situation, but the whole affair has not only caused very undue stress and costs. Not only in the addtional fee but as this all took almost 40 minutes to sort out, made me late for work therefore losing earnings and compounding the stress of a busy day.nnI expect contact within 24 hours. I tried to do this online instead of a public review, but your website bots were insufficient in allowing a customer to raise an issue with a branch.
Visited this store at about 12.45 on Sunday 23 Nov. I know it's only a few weeks before Christmas and I expected it to be busy. However the queues to get to a checkout were ridiculous. No staff members were coordinating the queues, several tills were closed including the dedicated scan only tills! I would have thought you would have as many tills open as possible at this time of year. I ended up taking my shopping to the customer service desk where I informed a member of staff that I didn't have time to join the long queues and then I left without my shopping. Guess I'll just have to go somewhere else!
No fresh stock again. No chicken , limited meat and No cheese. No fresh fruit drinks nothing fresh at all. Staff said their fridges had all broken at tje same time which is why there was no stock. This seems to happen at least once a month. No signage outside the store or anything on there Web site. It's been like this for days.seems this store os going downhill rapidly. No consideration fro locals shopping here. Poor show Tesco.
Has 1960's Eastern block vibe with empty shelves and poor quality 'fresh' fruit and veg.nnLiterally no meat and cheese as if these are some sort of luxury items.nnDepressing and pathetic
