Got a shopping check yesterday, didn't notice till I got home they put through Lurpak butter twice, as if it wasn't dear enough unfortunately not much I can do once left store but it cost me double the price, just be aware folks if you get a shopping check - my advice check your receipt before leaving the store. NOT A HAPPY SHOPPER AT TESCO
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHERnGood store.nBUT !!!nIf you buy loose veg and don’t have a bag you have to purchase one. Why no paper bags ? Normally only 1 our 2 checkouts open. Groups of 2 or more staff supervisors ? gathering about check out areas . Why ? Get the checkouts open If there are queues, you ask, they say they don’t have the staff. They are the staff, you have to use self service which is a real pain. Sorry for the rant
Had an on-line delivery from tesco musselburgh booked between 4pm & 8pm yesterday never arrived,so cancelled by phone at 8-15pm,guess what the driver came at 9-15 pm??. Yeah poor poor customer service!!!.Back to Sainsbury's and Asda for me.
Arrived with my wife at 23/04/2024 8.31 pm just to get couple scratch cards. The young lady at customer service told us that she won't sell us any scratch cards as she closed this section already. Her attitude was horrible and it clearly looks like she just does not care about doing her job. When I asked her what time does the scratch card kiosk close she replied that 9 pm but she has closed it already,as she finishes soon and she sent us to Tesco garage. Sales assistant at the garage served us without any problem even though she has had her kiosk closed as well. She just reopened it as she said it should be available to customers untill 9pm.
Only two check outs open, totally ridiculous. More staff collating on line deliveries than serving customers in the shop!!
