Nice shop with self service tills so it's never too busy and long queues. Staff are really friendly.nnThe membership card is great for vouchers off regular things you buy so it's really affordable. Meal deals especially are good value for money. Some things can be more expensive than other shops, but it's a really convenient place and with great staff so I don't mind. I'd rather spend a little more at the co-op than give it to big stores like Tesco and Asda.

NOT ONE FRIENDLY FACE.nI've went to this co-op since it opened.nIt used to be okay but now it's just a group of kids talking to each other over headsets about the people that's shopping.nActing like everyone is a shoplifter, Standing in groups at end of aisles trying to look into your basket etc, Playing recorded messages over the tannoy system about Mighty security watching you!nThey seriously need adult supervision!!!!nAND MAYBE SOME GROWN UP STAFF to build relations talk with customers, get to know them like they used to years ago.nI've seen groups of shoplifters running out of this shop with bottles of alcohol whilst I've been shopping and they don't do a thing about that, but do like to follow a middle aged couple that are in doing their daily shopping???????? Hahaha

Just been in a bought about 6 / 7 items including a Costa coffee. The young lad on the checkout didn't even ask if I wanted a bag but I'd of thought it would be common sense given it would of been a struggle to carry my items without a bag!! By the time I'd paid and went to take my stuff I realised I didn't have a bag and he didn't ask me if I wanted one! I didn't want to pay by card for a 5p bag so just took my stuff and left. Got to my front door and dropped my Costa everywhere trying to do a balancing act!! Actually raging! Use your common sense!! Normally the girls that work there are great! Was slightly pee'd off a few months ago too when I was asked for ID by the young curly headed lad for buying vodka. I am 40, so wasn't a problem, just got my driver's license out. The lad who asked me for ID was young enough to be my son!! Zero common sense in that store!

Visited the shop this afternoon & to be fair in light of what is going on they are not prepared or following government guidelines.nWhilst they have lines to create distance around the checkout area they also have a crisp stand right up the middle of it so it doesn't matter which way you go u r standing next to or brushing past other shoppers. Also both self - service check outs remain in operation so again you can't remain a safe distance away.nThe staff on the checkouts this afternoon hadn't a clue in who should be standing where the point when a guy was actually in my face ranting that I tried to push in b 4 him the girl on the checkout said nothing even when I asked her to do something her response was they are only to protect us I.e the staff. Shocking attitude.nThis isn't the 1st time I've had issues with the same member of staff, she's rude, unhelpful & is the reason after today's experience I won't step foot back in the place.nAlso will be emailing my complaint to head office as something needs done about the layout of the shop & the staffs attitude.

Good Coop,  not extensive,  but with a moderately good selection.  But why no checkout belts?  Processing a trolley-full of shopping at a counter is a pain. Nice people,  though.
