Stocked to a reasonable standard. Staff could be a lot more pilot and courteous. Take a long time to serve customers, like we are taken for granted. However, a convenient shop and decent prices

Perfectly stocked for a local shop. However there are a number of issues that need addressing. 
The sliding doors on the fridges are broken and as a result they are then left open so the products aren’t as cold as they should be. 
The layout for the check out is all wrong, no one seems to know where to queue from so people just make their own queues either side of the them which gets a bit confusing and obstructs other shoppers. 
Also because of where the self check out has been dumped it means that if you are at the back of a queue of 3+ people and no one in front of you is using it you either have to try and push through everyone or wait until you reach it which defeats the object. 
Finally, the staff are not a prime example of professionalism either with their private conversations while they serve you but maybe this adds to the ‘local shop’ feel and I am just being a grumpy old man.
